Owen Calvin known in reggae community as Anthony-ynot born on December 1, 1964 in lucea Hanover.His inspiration for music started at a tender age seeing his mother going to the dancehall arena numerous times he was fascinated in listening to brigadier jerry and jah love sound system in 1997 “Anthony-ynot” started his campaign in major recording studio he began professional recording in 2008 with d.j stunna who is the ceo/producer at must rich record.
“Anthony-ynot” then began to master his craft as a dancehall artist. Giving the opportunity to perform on a popular sound system in 2010 he was slated to perform at Rasta fest that’s where his fan based started to grew tremendously he was then ask to perform in Montreal Jamaica day reggae fest in 2013 in which he deliver a splendid performance 2014 jambana idols reggae fest he once again showcase his talent to the world and his fans.
“Ynot” always doing positive music for the world to embrace with songs like “hold down campaign” “like what you do” “cool and calm”he is dominating the airwaves with determination and dedication “ ynot” has proven himself to be one of the next versatile artist in the reggae industry despite the hype and the publicity he remains focus in getting his material ready to go mainstream.
